Stormbringer Magazine - Which trays to get27th Feb 2023

We recently saw the launch of Hatchette Partworks newest magazine run. Warhammer Age of Sigmar Stormbringer.

This set pits the Grand Alliance of Order against the Grand Alliance of Destruction. With forces from the Stormcast Eternals, Kharadron Overlords and Sylvaneth verses the Orruk Warclans, Gloomspite Gitz and the Sons of Behemat with lots of terrain too.

With separated them by their alliance and put together this list of cases and trays that you will need to carry all the models from the collection and even some of the terrain too.

As with our Imperium Magazine reviews we will periodically review a few issues as they get released, giving suggestions of which trays you will need for the models if you are getting them in their own, as well as the trays in the below that you will if collecting them all.

Grand Alliance Order
KRD 1
4x SM48: These trays each hold up to 15 models on 40mm bases, perfect for the Praetors, Gryph Hounds, Knight-Arcanum, Lord-Imperatant, Vigilors, Vanquishers, Vindicators, Xandire Truthseekers and the Enrinmaster with Dirigible (taking 2 compartments), as well as the Tree and Spite Revenants, Ylthari's Guardians and Druanti.
1x V5H: This tray will hold the Stormstrike Chariot with room for expansion
1x SM58: This tray will holds the Thundrik Profiteers, Grundstok Thunderers, Arkanaut Admiral and The Branch Wych
1x V3H: This tray is great for the smaller scenery with a depth of 32mm

KRM 1
1x V1T: This tray will hold 2 Stormdrake Guard

KRM 2
1x V1T: This tray will hold the Treelord

KRM 3
1x V2H: This tray will hold the Lord-Aquilor, Knight-Judicator, Bastia Carthalos and Gardus Steel Soul
1x D2H: This tray is great for the medium size scenery with a depth of 55mm
1x V1H: This tray will hold some of the larger terrain pieces as it is 110mm deep

Grand Alliance Destruction
KRM 1
4x F3H: Each tray holds up to 18 models on 32mm bases with the banner's taking two compartments. Perfect for the Fanatics, Squig Hoppers, Loonboss, Sneaky Snufflers, Fungoid Cave Shaman, Gutrippaz, Ardboysm Ironskull Boyz and Man-Skewer Boltboyz
1x V1H: This tray will hold the Marshcrawla Sloggoth, Megaboss and Swampboss Skumdrekk

KRM 2
1x D2H: This tray will hold Da Kunnin Krew, Loonboss on Giant Cave Squig, Mollogg's Mob and Skragrott the Loonking
1x V1H: This tray will hold the Mancrusher Gargants with room for a second or some scenery
2x N4H: Each tray will hold up to 20 models on 25mm bases, perfect for all the grots with room for some of the Squig Herd

KRH 1
1x D2H: This tray will hold the Beast-Skewer Killbow, Killaboss, Watrchanter and the Swampcalla Shaman
2x N4H: Each tray will hold up to 20 models on 25mm bases, perfect for Zarbag's Gitz, the remaining Squigs and the Gloomspite Grot Shootas
