Warhammer 40K Imperium Magazine Issue 18&19 Review5th Jan 2022
I hope everyone got what they wanted for Christmas and have stocked up their supply of unpainted miniatures with a buddle of presents, however if not then at least this week brings new issues of Imperium. Let us see what new models from Warhammer 40K Imperium issues 18 and 19 we will get to enjoy over this festive period.
Included in Issue 18 are the Magazine itself and a Necron Cryptek, specifically the Technomancer. Equipped with a Canoptek cloak, this Cryptek is capable of keeping up with the rest of your skimmers and Canoptek constructs, as well as being better at repairing them too, making him a great choice in a host of armies.
Included in Issue 19 are the Magazine itself, and our second set of the Munitorum Armoured Container which comes with barrels and ammo crates.
The Necron Cryptek would fit inside the D2H tray which holds up to 10 models of a similar size, however if you have followed our magazine reviews you will know we recommended the V5H tray as it fits the Cryptek and lots of other Necron models like the Heavy Destroyer coming up in a later issue.
The Munitorum Armoured Container in issue 19 is only our third piece of terrain released as part of the magazine, and is the last Container that is part of this collection. These containers fit inside the V5H tray which can hold 4 and all the loose barrels and ammo crates. Considering we have 3 crates alone as part of the series the V5H is perfect for holding all these with room to spare for other pieces of scenery coming later.
If you are also subscribed like us and plan to collect all the magazine issues then please check out our review of issue 1 with a list of trays perfect to hold the entire miniature collection here. If you also want to store the terrain safely then stay tuned over the next few months and we will let you know how to store these too.
