KR Multicase Journeys once More to Middle-Earth22nd Apr 2020
Back to Middle-earth we have been hard at work rounding off the various Kingdoms of men, the good guys that is. Minis Tirith is by far the most recognisable bastion of Man, the looming White Tower overlooking the Pelannor. So nothing quite represents Man better than an Army of Gondor, to this end you can carry up to 20 Warriors of Minas Tirith in a N4H, double that in the N4T. All your heroes on foot will fit in this too so you can lead them into battle with the Mighty Boromir, or his younger brother Faramir. You could also take a warband of Knightsof Minas Tirith lead by Aragorn, King Elessar on his armoured horse with a D2H tray . Perfect for that mounted element of your army.
Whilst we are talking about Men on Horse, we couldn't overlook the Rohirrim. The mighty horse lords never go into battle without their trusty steeds unless under the most dire or circumstances. The SM48 is perfect for those slightly taller cavalry models with spears or raised swords and saves you the effort of plucking your own compartments. One of these trays with fit 15 Riders of Rohan in any or their distinctive poses, and if swap one out for a Iconic hero, who better than Theoden himself.
The last kingdom of men to cover from the War of the Ring era is The Fiefdoms. These forces represent the various other men of Gondor who come to the aid of Minas Tirith during the war, however we faced a challenge trying to work out what tray would best carry the Men-at-arms of Dol Amroth with their long pikes. But don't worry, we prevailed and found that the YA16 was perfect for 12 of these warriors.
We also gave those Hobbit era Kingdoms some attention so if you've been trying to work out how to carry a Windlance and an army of Dale or the Men of the Lake, look no further than the D5H tray. It has the height and compartment width to carry the most iconic siege weapon from the Hobbit Trilogy and is perfect for carrying all those really tall infantry models you have in your collections or even Bard on horse.
Check out the TrayGuide for your Minas Tirith, The Fiefdoms, Rohan, Garrison of Dale, Army of Lake-town, Survivors of Lake-town and Far Harad Armies!
