You can choose from 7 types of KR figure cases to suit your army size and budget. The range covers everything from the amazing card cases, the Kaiser system, Backpacks, skirmish size cases, aluminium cases, wheeled cases, and even our largest cases for the supersize models like a Tau Manta!

The soft foam, hard case principle pioneered by KR means maximum protection for your miniatures. Whether on the move or at home, KR keeps your collection safe.

The KR range of case and tray designs uses the KR modular design philosophy, and means that the KR interchangeable trays provide you with a cost effective solution for storage and transport of miniatures. The trays are fully interchangeable between the with KR card cases, the KR aluminium cases and the backpacks and transport bags too.

The KR solid card cases

The KR card cases are made from solid KLC heavy duty dense card, the same as is used for commercial archiving of documents. It is not made from cheaper and inferior corrugated card as this just is not up to the job. This choice of material ensures it is very durable and incredibly protective of your miniatures. The unique design of the KR case provides you with a wrap around lid for all round protection, and the injection moulded plastic handle forms the snaplock for the KR Multicase to provide a securely closed case the instant it is closed. This snap close is unique to KR and ensures the contents are safe from spilling out and can be transported completely securely. Whether on the move or at home, KR keeps your collection safe.

Expansion or changes to additional or multiple armies is simple and cost effective with KR system.

The KR quarter size card case is perfect for smaller collections and skirmish games. Whether you are a Bloodbowl player, or have a small skirmish force this is an ideal case. 4 of these take up the same space as a standard card case and so are easily carried in a Kaiser1.

The KR standard size card case is perfect for storing regular size armies. It carries four 25mm deep full width trays, or any combination of full or half width trays to fill the same available depth.

The KR extra depth card case is 50% deeper than the standard card case and so provides extra depth for your models. This means you can carry larger models by using extra available height and deeper custom trays, or simply house those extra troops in your army. It carries six 23mm deep full width trays, or any combination of full or half width trays to fill the same available depth.

The KR double depth card case gives you even more depth and can carry larger collections. It is twice the depth of our standard card case, and so can carriy eight 25mm deep full width trays, or any combination of full or half width trays to fill the same available depth.

The Kaiser Transport Bag

The Kaisers are waterproof, have carry handles, adjustable shoulder straps, have internal reinforcements on all sides and are fully lined. The Kaiser transport bag system provides an economical and safe system for carrying multiples of the standard card cases.

When purchasing from the Kaiser range of KR Multicases you can choose any combination of the KR card cases to fit inside the bag at no extra cost (select from the KRQ, KRH, KRM, KRX, KRD). Choose cases that suit your needs and fit inside the carry case. All the card cases are interchangeable with each other, so you can select the army you need from a stack of card cases keeping your figures safe, and just take the army you need in the Kaiser1 when going out. By having one transport bag with interchangeable internal KR card cases it means that your army expansion is much more economical as you only need additional card cases for your army and swap them over when you need to take them out - a true storage and transport system.

The Kaiser transport bags are manufactured from heavy duty waterproof fabric and are fully lined. They have carry handles and adjustable shoulder straps plus internal reinforcements on all sides, which in combination with the card cases inside makes them the strongest and most protective cases system for your miniatures. The external pockets have enough room for all your rulebooks and accessories. The Kaiser2, 3 and 4 all have a dedicated pocket for the KR accessory case and one for the medium KR tournament tray too.

The KR Backpack System

The KR Backpacks are manufactured from durable waterproof polyester and fully lined.

The versatile backpack system from KR means that you can carry up to 4 of the standard card cases with ease. Of course you can vary this using the half size card cases as suits your needs - two half size card cases fit neatly into the space of one standard card case. The card cases are interchangeable with each other, so you can select the army you need from a stack of card cases keeping your figures safe, and just take the army you need in the KR Backpack when going out. By having one transport bag with interchangeable cases it means that your army expansion is much more economical as you only need additional card cases for your army and swap them over when you need to take them out - a true storage and transport system!

The additional front and side pockets give you plenty of room for rulebooks, accessories and even drinks and sandwiches. And of course if you are not needing it for gaming you can simply use it as a regular backpack!

The KR Aluminium Cases

Half Half Standard Double Double Triple Triple Quad QuadThe aluminium case range is available in a wide range of sizes, from the half size case up to the quad case, capable of carrying up to 800 troops. These all have snap closing lockable catches, either with a key or a combination latch, a carry handle, a fully adjustable shoulder strap, a self adhesive label holder and are stackable. The feet match into the recessed aluminium outer panel to prevent one case from sliding off another when stacked on top of one another.

The interior is fully lined with a soft touch lining, so if you decide to carry anything loose then it is well cared for too. The case can be labelled as the exterior is smooth aluminium, so you can easily stick army descriptions, or pictures to them. The half width aluminium case has an innovative twin opening lid design which means that access to your miniatures is simple and easy.

The KR Wheeled Cases

The wheeled aluminium cases carries up to 6 KRU worth of the KR card cases, or have dedicate trays for supersize models! They are fully lined, have two accessory compartments, 3 snap closing catches (2 lockable), 2 carry handles, a telescopic handle, and wheels !

The Wheeled aluminium range provides an economical and safe system for carrying multiple KR card cases. When purchasing from the Wheeled aluminium range of KR Multicases you can choose any combination of the KR card cases to fit inside the wheeled case at no extra cost (select from the KRQ, KRH, KRM, KRX, KRD). Choose cases that suit your needs and fit inside the carry case. The wheeled aluminium range is available in 2 sizes - either the 800, or the 1200. These cases have integrated wheels, 2 carry handles, an additional telescopic carry handle plus combination latches too.

The interior is split into two main compartments, each for the card cases, this makes it very easy to take out a case from the bottom of the stack without needing to take them all out. The combination of the card cases, the soft foam, and the split compartment means that you can have any models in any position in the case and know they are fully protected from damage. There are 2 additional compartments at the top and bottom for rulebooks and accessories too.

The KR Prestige Cases for Super Size models

Prestige Manta Manta

The Prestige wheeled aluminium case carries large models and has room for standard size models too - either individual trays or in card cases. See individual suggestions in the Forge World and Large Model section of the website for details. It has 3 snap closing catches (2 lockable), 2 carry handles and a telescopic handle.

For those large and valuable models in your collection we have a range of cases with custom cut trays to keep them safe when transported.

The largest Prestige wheeled aluminium case is speciifically for the Tau Manta. The Tau Manta is the largest model in the Forgeworld range for the Tau Empire army. Carrying ships and troops and weighing at over 20kg, this model is huge. The case carries the Manta as well as the 4 Devilfish troop carriers which sit within its load bay.

These cases are designed in the same way as the wheeled aluminium cases and feature integrated wheels, 2 carry handles, a telescopic carry handle and combination latches too. The trays in these cases are designed to support and protect your models, and are the unique KR 'constructed trays', which feature varying depths to fully support your models. As the large models do vary in size and shape there is room in side the case for additional vehicles, and in some instances a card case will fit in too. Carry Titans, Thunderhawks, Marauders and others in complete safety.

The Aquilla range is manufactured from heavy duty waterproof fabric, is fully lined and has internal reinforcements to protect your miniatures and is zipped along 3 sides.

The Aquilla range is designed for smaller skirmish games, or small collections of models. They follow the same modular designs as the rest of the KR ranges, and are all able to carry trays from the KR range. The Aquilla3, Aquilla4 and Aquilla6 all have a carry handle plus an adjustable shoulder strap as well as an outside pocket too.

In fact it can hold almost everything that you need for gaming. The lid is attached by 4 snap over clips to keep all the contents safe.
