Warhammer 40K Imperium Magazine! Issue 4&5 Review5th Oct 2021
We are switching now into a fortnightly review of the magazine releases so lets have a look at Issues 4 & 5 of Warhammer 40K Imperium Magazine at the contents inside of our new issues.
Included in Issue 4 are the Magazine itself, a pot of Lead Belcher paint and a sprue of Necron miniatures. These miniatures are none other than the Skorpekh Destroyers equipped with their hyperphase weapons and accompanied by their Canoptek Plasmacyte.
Included in Issue 5 are the Magazine itself, and an exclusive Primaris Captain model you will only find with this magazine. Armed with a plasma Pistol and Power Sword, this model will really stand out in any space marine army.
The Destroyer models would fit nicely into the J5H tray which has room for up to 12 of these models on 40mm bases. If you have been following our magazine reviews you would have seen we also recommended the NE22 tray as part of the case sets for the Necron army. This tray holds the 3 Skorpekh Destroyers as well as the following models all coming as part of future magazines: 1x Canoptek Reanimator, 1x Skorpekh Lord, 1x Overlord, 1x Plasmancer, 1x Royal Warden.
For the Plasmacyte and Captain, the F3H works perfectly, with 18 compartments. If however, you want to keep your marines separate then we recommend getting the SM70 which will hold the Captain and 9 other larger models all coming in the weeks to come.
If you want to store your paints then look no further than grabbing yourself a KRH with the PNT-PP-B set with give you space to store 54 pots in an easy to carry case.
If you are also subscribed like us and plan to collect all the magazine issues then please check out our review of issue 1 with a list of trays perfect to hold the entire miniature collection here. If you also want to store the terrain safely then stay tuned over the next few months and we will let you know how to store these too.
