Warhammer Imperium Magazine continues to issue 9022nd Mar 2023
With the announcement a few months back that the Imperium Magazine would run for another ten issues, we thought it was about time we let you know exactly how to store these new models.
The last issues come with 8 new models, with models for each of the factions plus an Inquisitor. We will see 3 Paragon Warsuits for the Adeptus Sororitas, a Skitarii Marshal for the Adeptus Mechanicus, a Redemptor Dreadnought for the Space Marines, a Hexmark Destroyer and Illuminor Szeras for the Necrons and lastly Ordo Xenos Lord Inquisitor Kyria Draxus for the Inquisition.
To store the Necron models grab a D1H which will hold both plus room for 3 more Cryptek or Destroyer sized models. Alternatively grab the WM11 for the Hexmark Destroyer and carry up to 8 models including Skorpekh Destroyers.
For the Paragon Warsuits, the SM7P7 is a great tray, holding up to 6 models.
The Skitarii Marshall will fit inside an SM58 but we left some room in the V2H we already recommended so you can use that to carry the 3 Kataphron Destroyers/Kataphron Breachers, Tech-Priest Dominus, Tech-Priest Enginseer and this new Marshal.
For Ordo Xenos Lord Inquisitor Kyria Draxus we recommend the SM68 which will hold up to 10 dynamic models on 32mm bases. This tray would therefore fit the Marshal mentioned above if you want to store both together. Likewise, the SM48 we recommend for the Space Marines, from the original 80 issue run, has some spare compartments left over for Draxus.
Lastly the SM17P17 makes a perfect tray for the Redemptor Dreadnought. This tray will store 2, so it therefore gives you some freedom to store other models from the magazine run if you don't want to take everything with you.
